Dyno difference

What are you talking about? Correction Factor increases Dyno numbers 99% of the time son.
Unless the correction factor is like a .98 or something...I can count how many times that has happened on 1 hand, and I've dyno'd hundreds of cars.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I've always seen in Missouri and Chicago under 1. At AMS, there dyno always reads under 1. I guess I shouldn't have said the uncorrected is always higher....I just knew that mike93eh2 got tuned in chicago and that was my experience

mine was 1.0

The only reason i have ever dynoed my car is to fine tune it and have never cared what the numbers say. The car gets tuned to where its running right, i go to the track and see what it runs.
I didn't repeat the question or ask it in a different way. All I simply asked was what the difference in Hp readings between an AWD dynojet & an FWD dynojet giving the same conditions with the same car and boost level. Thats all I was getting at. The difference in a mustang dyno and dyno dynamic and dynojet has been made apparent. The compelling argument is the percentage in difference amongst them all.
this is why I was asking. Inlinepro is the green lines on a dynojet fwd. The blue & red is Ultimate performance on a AWD dynojet. Both runs were corrected and inlines numbers are in my sig. Thats what Inlines dyno said I did. Ultimate's said it did way less than that. I was there the whole time and ultimates dyno said Inlines basemap read substantialy lower. Can anyone explain that?

personnaly i dont care which is more accurate....all it matter is that you need to spend time to do a couple of runs to tweak your tunes up to reach MAX whp without detonation on your tune....thats where engine efficiency should result!
Dynos are nothing but a reference tool for making tuning improvements in my book! power/torque is all in your setup not the dyno!!!!

have you used Microsoft Excell before? well try doing a formula that is related to like 4 cells that have numbers in, so thats a totall of 5 cells... now by just changing a number in one cell the 5th cell will give a different results than the one earlier....anyway am trying to say ALL dynos require input data that is inserted before doing a pull....now those numbers do effect on the tq/hp numbers too! i wouldn't waste time trying to know which is accurate and so on....its like your doing diognostic on two human beings....while they both are in good health!!!

whoa aside from your spelling I kinda understand what your saying. Dude I know its just a forum and all but you cant be that inconsistent with spelling errors. I'm sure most people on HT will agree with me.

yah i always get dissapointed when i go get retuned on a dyno dynamics ... im like wtf 350whp... this is bullshit then i go down the road to a dyno jet and put down 416 whp..
then im happy again

do you have a comparison of inline's dyno vs. the AWD dyno with the same tune? Also it appears something changed in the boost on the AWD dyno. It appears to be spiking and dropping back.
In my experience uncorrected has usually read much higher or about the same to corrected for me with all the cars i dyno. Its common sense though that corrected numbers should be higher in any conditions worse than the conditions the corrected numbers are correcting for and lower in any conditions that are worse than those optimal conditions. In real cold temperatures uncorrected numbers are way high and make one feel good inside

I was dynoed on a dynojet at RT tuning.
210whp. Went to the track, trapped 101 and 102 in a full interior EK coupe.
*shrugs*
Guess it wasn't that far off, but the track is going to tell you what you want to know.

haha i got tuned on a dyno by 93turbo16 and put down 210whp and trapped 108mph lol... just goes to show trap speeds show what power your "really" putting down

Heres Inline's at 15psi

it was august and alot more humid than just a week ago at ultimate........
oh yeah no air/fuel is shown but I think it might a been slighty less conservative
