Default Dumb EBL question

Hi,
Let me start by saying that I have seached and found some info, but not enough. Can someone actually tell me the technical explination of how the EBL limits boost. I understand all of its features, just not how it actually works.

Thanks
P.S. - Sorry for asking a such a basic question, just couldn't find enough info.

The EBL is Zip's electronic boost controller for JRSC equipped cars.

It basically works like this:

1) You get the pulley combo that gives you the max amount of boost that you want
2) The EBL works by opening/closing the JR bypass valve to regulate boost
3) You dial in how much boost you want. Let's say you have a 10 psi pulley, but only want 6. The EBL will open the bypass valve at 6 psi to hold boost there.

I've ridden in Zip's car many times and the EBL is bitchin' and dead accurate!

I really appreciate it. That clears it all up for me. I guess I better start saving up, this sounds perfect.
