Hi, I was just thinking about super charging and its goods and bads. What I'm wondering is how much can you boost with a super charger... wait wait. I know the effiency drops dramtically with the raised amount of boost.

I'v heard somewhere that like you can boost up to a certain psi and the supercharger would be spinning to fast and not being able to handle it or something. Iono if you know what i'm trying to say, but yah.... blah..

Bad idea to have an open pole on this board, some people can't handle putting real pole options and have to put stupid stuff in

It depends on what supercharger.... JRSC 10psi is probably pushing it without heavy mods.... seen 13psi custom intercooled.... vortech on the other hand dunno, depends on which blower you use... too vague of a question to answer really...

 

I'm very happy at 10psi (CRV crank pulley, 12psi on boost gauge).

Stock engine internals. Never opened.
