Default dual vacuum inlets

i have two vacuum inlets on my bov i have one on the bottum and one on the top
what do i connect these to and wat do they do

Just the top port that need the vacuum source. The bottom one not need. Just leave the bottom port open.

Bottom port is to release the pressure from under the bov diagram.
