Re: The DSM LIVES!!!!! (Hammer)
Right on, your setup looks real clean!
My bro drives a DSM ('90 talon TSI), he's almost finished swapping out the motor.. He bought this rebuilt EVO3?(not sure exactly) motor... Man, these mistubishi's are complicated, my CRX is SOOOOO much more simple to work on! We both started swapping our motors at the same time, I finished in 2 weeks, his is taking 4. (we both work 2 jobs, and our garage is a MESS, not to mention, we both ran into every problem possible...argh) My point is, anybody can work on a Honda, but it takes some real patience/knowledge to properly work on a DSM.
Anyway, props on the project.
EDIT: That 2nd gen TB is HUGE compared to the 1st gen!!!

Re: The DSM LIVES!!!!! (inspyral)
whoa, stock charge piping is tiny
Not metal, plastic/hose (Radiator hose )
Spool time (Friend w/ 1g DSM (14b turbo) spools faster than I can w/ my TD04H and 2 1/4" charge piping
Easy to stick on my Honduh
Looks good.

Re: The DSM LIVES!!!!! (MrTodd)
The actual motor code would be of the 4G63 (BET at the end for the turbo version). I love those DSMs almost as much as my honda's. Can't beat the price of a honda though.

Hammer, have you heard of 122performance?? I have met this guy and seen his work on DSMs and his cars are fast. He definately knows his stuff. I believe his site is http://www.122performance.com. Andy built a wrx here in knoxville that runs 7.5 1/8th miles on a green turbo.

U sure its not the fact that your friend has a 2.0L?

Mine is now spooling up instantly with the addition of the 9.0:1 CR pistons. Stock CR is 7.8:1
