DSM injectors on D15bvtec

What do I need to do to use a set of DSM injectors on my 93 civic with D15b vtec??Do I need a special resistor for them to operate properly??

resistor box from a 4th gen civic/crx and something to control the larger injectors (AFC hack, chipped ecu..)
