Default Dsm 450's broken tip

So i ordered some dsm 450's from this guy who sells a ton of em on ebay..
But anyways 1 of the injectors have of the black plastic tip is broken off. But it's still in the bag. (broke during shipping?) Also another one looks like it has been cracked and a little hole is missing.. How bad is this for them? Are they useless due to the spray pattern afterwards or can i fix em?
Ill try and get pics today.

i've heard that it doesn't hurt if they are missing that tip. I believe one of mine is missing one as well.

if the tips are already all cracked like that i would just break them off. You don't want one of those cracked pieces falling off into your intake.

Just some info:

I don't run pintles(tips) on any of my injectors. When I got my 450's a few of them were cracked so instead of chancing them falling into the combustion chamber I just removed all of them. I have not had a problem yet .
