200hp is about .3-.33, any more you'll want .28 or less. Stock is .44, and way too large for boost.

Every Honda i've built, allmotor or turbo i've stuck with the stock 1.1mm plug gap. I've never had a problem. I see people squashing the gap, but until i have a first hand problem...

My last turbo D car, 10psi tuned with TurboEdit... high 12 second car:::

I guess if it works, then you've been lucky. But honda didn't spec the gap for an air charge that's twice as dense. If they did have oversized coils in their econoboxes (which they don't), then they'd have the gap set much larger for NA in all their inline-4 motors, from the d15's to the b18c5.

run as close to stock as you can unless you're running into problems with ignition. a dense air charge makes it harder for the spark to occur.

good rule of thumb

I'm at .28 as well, approx 200whp here, no problems, runs great.
