The Drop Shop ---- solution determined
Well i talked to jon he is refunding me all my money, and hooking me up with some services to compensate for lost time and stress.
I think he realized what he has done and is showing great effort to make sure this does not happen again.

you said you know his address so i think you should pay him a visit and smash his face in and demand your parts and money thats what i would do if in your position, thats bullshit you paid over a year and you wait for your stuff this drop shop guy sounds like hes a really pice of ****, well i hope this get straightend out for you, good luck

I am gettin emails on a regular basis from Jon now letting me know how things are going, and shipping details of my refund, send payment on the way and the last one will be sent my way in about a week

**** jon. I hate that bullshit he pulls where if you post the TRUTH on honda-tech he acts like NOW he has a right to **** you over! First of all, if you can't handle your own truths, then don't live such a life. Second of all, it's already been a year, at what point can someone share their experiences! Thats what this forum is based upon.

Yeah he's a piece of ****, I've heard about his bad practices from friends and I've always (and will even more so now) worked on telling people NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM OR DEAL WITH THE BUSINESS.
I have fortunatly only been scammed for small <$100 things but this is bullshit. Have you filed anything with the BBB about his "company"?

A) If he hasn't sent you your stuff, and you paid, he by LAW must to refund your money. B) If he said he'd keep your parts for longer if you posted on honda-tech, that is another illegal statement on his part, which if you have the email you have proof of. It implies he has HAD your parts and HAS NOT sent them, as well as will now not send them because of you posting in a public forum, which is your right. Your contract with him does NOT permit him to make those kind of demands. I say tie his *** up in litigation for a while. Sure "teaching someone a lesson" is an option, but trust me when I say a Lawyer can hurt more. There are lots of details i see in this that put him in a very unfavorable position and if you have emails documenting this, that could be very useful.

yeah they suck i emailed them inquiring on a part that say, "email for price" and getting price on teg they were selling and never got a response.
