Default Draining Nitrous Help

Well, I'm not quite sure where this is supposed to be posted, but I figured that this would be my closest bet.

The dilemma that I have is that I recently sold my nitrous system. However, it's still half full and I want to get rid of the excess before I ship it. Is there any way to safely do this so that I don't hurt others or animals and such? I know this sounds ridiculous but I'm a university of student and I don't really want people to run around like zombies after getting a few good whiffs of the nitrous. Thanks.

Btw, does the excess nitrous play a factor in weight, or will the weight be the same regardless of whether the tank is full or not. Thanks.

The bottle will say how much it weighs empty and full. You have a 10 pound nitrous bottle (more than likely), so when it's full you have 10 pounds of nitrous inside there. The bottle will then weigh 10 pounds more than empty

If you want to get rid of the nitrous without spraying it into your motor, walk outside and open the valve. You're not going to hurt anything by expelling it to the atmosphere.

Thanks for the info. Btw, I tried emptying everything out but holy crap, it's loud as hell, and the nozzle and such turn into ice cubes.. Is this normal?
