I mean, looking at it now, in front of the dp looks like it may be ok, but I'm just not sure about the long slope.

*UPDATE*

Once I got everything in the car, I decided to try CRV's suggestion and route it in front of the downpipe. Using a 3/4 rad hose for mocking up and testing for leaks, I believe this route will work. I fired everything up to check fittings for leaks and found no issues with this. Thanks to those who responded!
