drag turbo fmu
Hey forced induction gurus, a little help. Is the fmu that comes with the gen 3 kit pretuned to run 7psi or do you need to have it tuned? And will my car run reliably at 7psi with the fmu alone? NO worried getting a stand alone soon just cant afford it right now...

It is safe to run 7 psi of boost with the fmu in the DRAG 3 kit... IF you use it in conjunction with the high pressure INLINE fuel pump provided in the kit... stock pump or an intank alone won't cut it...btw the only way to tune the fmu is to open it up and change the rate of gain discs inside... the DRAG 3 setup uses a 12:1 disc...

thanks for the info, I am using the inline pump they supplied I just wanted to make sure I will be cool at that boost level....
