I also ran the drag 3 manifold and switched to a lovefab sst. As far as the wastegate, Tial makes a 38mm for about 225 which is a great upgrade over a deltagate.

what are your whp goals?
what wastegate do you have now?

http://www.lovefab.com

http://www.inlinepro.com

Remember when ordering a spring for the wastegate that you can always raise the boost , but you cant lower it unless springs are changed. So like the previous poster stated if you are going to run 8 psi then get the .55 bar spring.

The manifold you have now has made great numbers in the past so unless you are shooting for 400+ i wouldnt even bother changing it. A local shop made 518whp with a drag manifold 3ys ago but began running into boost creep issues due to wastgate placement.

Another option for an alternate mani would be the MaxRev - it has a better wastegate placement, and the Drag's are known to crack and cause boost creep.

Definetly the wastegate, but save your money and dont upgrade the manifold..I had the drag manifold on my car for over a year and its was still in mint condition..GO with a tial 35mm and youll be set!

the old DRAG manifolds crack, they changed them a little so you shouldnt have problems with that. Also if your manifold does crack they will replace it for FREE!

well I am assuming you have a drag kit..300whp is a reasonable goal with the right tuning. do you have hondata? internals?

sorry I didnt see that. As long as the car is tuned well you might be able to hit 300whp. I would recommend upgrading your internals but that costs$$$..

you never mentioned what turbo you are going to run? Its going to be harder to meet that 300hp goal with a small turbo.

well ive seen guys push 300whp with that manifold. If you want to stick with that mani upgrade to a tial wg. but the mentioned manifold above are great. With your setup you should be able to hit 300 depending on what octane you run.
