Default Drag Gen III...

I got an 01 GSr and want this kit. I've heard a person say that turbos (in general) give you oil leak problems and things of that nature, is that true?

From OverBoost.com (http://www.overboost.com/obs/product.asp?pid=20330)
Designed for those with aftermarket forged connecting rods and pistons, the Overboost +150 HP Kit offers all the features of our +100 HP Kit except we eliminate the Missing Link check valve in favor of electronic MAP sensor control as well as add a second auxiliary fuel injector to ensure consistent fuel delivery under the most severe street and strip conditions.

Parts Include:

DRAG Gen III Turbo System
GReddy Boost Gauge
GReddy Rebic IV Fuel Injector Controller
GReddy Turbo Timer
HKS 480 cc/min Injector x 2
HKS Fuel Cut Defenser
HKS Injector Connector
HKS Injector O-ring
HKS Steel Injector Cinch Fitting
HKS Variable Boost Controller
MSD 6A Boost Timing Master Ignition Control

TiAL Wastegate Optional!
Your Price: $5,167.24
Why is this so expensive? Is it because of all the HKS upgrades?
In comparison with the one offered at importparts.com which is $3199.95.

Thats pretty ridiculous. Get the DRAG 3 kit from importparts.com, get some bigger injectors and a Hondata and it'll be cheaper than that setup at overboost and you'll be able to tune it better. Also, you shouldn't have oil leak problems if you install it with the correct fittings and take your time.

i have some leaks. i used teflon tape on my fittings. i just thought it was something i did but other people on this site said teflon tape will not seal them. one guy said use rtv. so if you use that it will not leak.
