This came off my DA and I was going to put it on my DC. I am going to me making in the upwards of 600 to the wheels. Do you think this dp will flow enouf for that hp level. The metal is mild all manderal bent 3". What about the waste gate dump tube you think thats ok?

You atleast need 5 in. piping to make 600hp

 

whats the DIA of the pipe?

Made 570HP/390 through a 2.5" downpipe and using a 38MM gate! I'm pretty sure my new setup will free up a few horse though

 

I'd either cut the dump tube away and run it to atmosphere or weld a flex section in the dump to keep it from cracking. Recirculating the dump will hurt power some.
3" downpipe is plenty to make 600whp.

6" diesel go for it. 600whp? I think that one would be good for around 537.9whp.


For god sakes, im sure it will be it looks like 3 inch. so im gonna say !YES!

 

Its fine. A friend of mine made 603whp on a DSM with a 3" turboback and the exhaust wasn't holding it back.

 

take that band clamp off and weld in a flex pipe

Its 3", I was thinking that there might be to many bends. There is 4 90s.
