Default downpipe / flange questions

I need to get an exhaust flange so i can bolt my downpipe to the cat... Where is the best place to find one of these because i need it ASAP. I could only find 3" 3 bolt flanges, and i was looking for a 2.5" 2bolt flange.

If i have the flange at the cat with the exhaust bolt/springs, is it still recommended to have a section of flex pipe in there?

Is there a better angle than another to mount the o2 bung? I placed it down near the cat where they go on obd 1 manifolds...and angled it towards the side a bit to make sure i had clearance for the o2.

I have dealt with those guys a lot and they ship stuff out FAST!!! (they are in CA and so am I). Even when I pay with paypal, they dont wait until the payment clears. If I order the part early enough in the day and they process my order, they'll ship it out the same day I order it. I've also never gotten a wrong or missing part from them too. If you live on the west coast give them a try...if you live on the east coast, give them a try anyways.

You could try giving them a call. Or go to http://www.yahoo.com and check out the yellow pages for your area. I needed a 3" 3 bolt flange and I was able to pick one up from a local muffler shop. You might get lucky and find one in your area with some available.

Or you could also try roadraceengineering.com. I've never dealt with them before, but other people recommend them all the time. They have the 2.5" flange advertised on their site.
