i just ordered my turbo from ken at cheapturbo.com and it wont ship till thursday or friday, which means i wont get it till next week, i dont know if i can go any longer without my car and its only been 3 days

i order one also..mine wont be ship out till thursday or friday ..its because of the holiday it kinda slow things down..i order mines last tuesday..just hang in there he is a good guy

 

you can hang in there. but that's really nothing compared to what some have waited for regarding parts and what not. I still have 4 weeks to go before my dyno tune. I'm getting impatient.

tryin living by the 45th parallel...we have from november to april to wait 400whp doesnt do much good on ice and snow

 

3 days downtime is pretty funny.....try 6 months juggling a travel intensive job and time for the car only when available (rarely available). I understand though

LOL, i ended up going with the t3/t04E 57 trim w/ .48 a/r, the .63 was a little too big for my app.

hopefully it will be worth the wait

 

3 dayss?????? my car was down for almost a month and a half during the build up.

 

That's why I have a header and DP for NA sitting in storage. Think what you'll need ahead of time.

 

down time to me is where you have the money but your parts are not readily available, it is not a "time factor" or "money factor" to me. i have plenty of time for my project and enough money to get it done. this is not a project drag car.

3 days is nothing, try 8 months, now that sucks. then try putting everything together, then waiting for a techedge wideband from australia. they dont offer shipping tracking or anything, it just kinda shows up

 

Down time defiently sucks, I'm going on 6 months...

 

Thanks to the turbo gods my downtime is over...now if i could only get my idle fixed..

 

3 days? hahaha try 5 months and still waiting..

 

It's only been like 5 days and I'm already getting restless. I can't wait until friday night, I'll have my injectors and resistor box and have the time to get everything installed. Hopefully it all goes well, as I'll be making the trek over the mountains the next day to go to the NW H-T meet... *crosses fingers and hopes nothing goes wrong either day*

 

I just ordered my engine this friday and it will be here next week, it's been almost 6 or 7 months for me...

 

Damn, 5 months, I hope you guys have more than one car.
