Default Turbo install, but doesn't start, please help

I put on the turbo and the car wouldn't start
It cranks and has power. But doesn't try over. Or I don't hear the fuel pump
I have no fuel or spark. The fuel pump don't even come on.

setup
b16a2 obd2
dsm 450cc w/ reistor box
t3/04 50 trim garrett

I can't seem to figure it out

Can it be the obd2 - obd1 conversion harness?
I got the ecu with basemap for my setup from phearable.net

Can it be that the resistor box is wire wrong?
I check the dead end clip and it is good.l
The 4 cut wires goes to the four wires that is from the resistor box. And the red wire from the resistor box goes to all four of the dead end clip. Right?
Or does the resistor box have to be ground?

sorry to say but it could be anything. I'd start with relays and fuses. work your way though it from there. Check all your grounds.

Ok,

I put the stock injectors on and the ecu. I try to start it, but it doesn't start.
The car was running fine before the turbo installation.

How can it be the relay?
I'm not hearing the fuel pump prime with the stock injectors and ecu.
main Relay can go bad over an turbo installation?

im not saying thats the problem. but when you cut and re-wire things, you can pop a relay of a fuse no problem. make sure your battery isnt dead, and all your grounds are in check. Its hard to know what the problem is because Im not there to see it. Im just brainstorming general problems.

So when you turn the key to on, does the CEL come on for 2 sec and go back off? (You should hear the pump prime while this happens.)

I don't even hear a prime and I don't see an check engine after that. I have nothing but power.
No fuel and spark and thats with stock ecu and stock injectors

i check the fuses, they are good.
How do I check the main relay if its bad?
Where is it located on 99 civic?

Try checking the ground wire that goes on the thermostat housing and see if its loose because it seems like thats the problem.

alright this may seems stupid but

If i put back the stock injector and ecu. I remove the resistor box and dsm injectors. Do I connect the deadend clip back together? or can I put an end to it and call it a day.

How do you remove the deadend harness? on 99 civic? obd2. there is no room to work under and above it.

The deadend isn't exactly a dead end - one or two wires DOES go back to ground.

On my current EF I have my old EF's harness in it, and all I did to bypass the resistor box was take an older female plug, jump the wires, and plug it in. I had used the plugs that came with the resistor box, so it was easy.

You need to replace the cap on the deadend connector and jump the wires that the resistor box was connected to. To test it before you pull it out, take a multimeter, check the resistance between the injector side of the box and any ground like the motor block. It should have about 7-10 ohms. If you get nothing, you wired it wrong.

The four positive chargeg injector wires are suposed to goto the big red wire on the resistor box, then the four black that are left coming out the resistor box goto the inectors

I check everything and I come to
that is the

main relay
I installed the main relay but now its still doesn't start
but it does have check engine light now

but the speedo when crazy, it when from 0 to 140 + to the other side of 0.
Whats the cause of this?

Do you have to wire up the stock injectors according to the wires colors?
Does it matter?

What about the deadend clip? Does that matter too?

alright, the car is fine now, drivable
but i don't have any complete downpipe.
I have an half downpipe just for the exhaust to exit under the block.
I have white smoke, coming out, is that normal?
is it because of the downpipe?
is this driveable to the exhaust shop? about 25mins. to get there?
