Does Uberteg have Vtec chips yet?

I have a B16 with the afc hack and a T3/T4 and am very intrested in getting a chip if he has created one for OBD1 vtec yet. Does anyone know how to order one? Or if he has one built yet? I tried posting a page, without reply.
