Does this sound strange?
My car hasn't been started because there is no fuel going through the regulator. I'm not sure why but if it doesn't go through the regulator, it won't go through the rail and out the injectors, thus causing my car not to start.
It cranks fine and all cylinders are firing. All fuses are checked and okay.
I changed the fuel pump, the fuel filter, regulator, and the fuel pump relay just to make sure. Still no start and I'm getting really confused about what might be wrong. I can crank it and it'll sound like it's cranking fine just no fuel, which is the problem.
Pressure in the fuel lines should be fine considering I changed the pump, and the filter so everything is like brand new. It just seems theres a clog somewhere....But I just changed the regulator and nothing makes any sense. can anyone please help me out?
-ThankS

Triple check to make sure everything is connected.... does it sound normal? Is there a sound of pressure somewhere? You could try having someone else start it and try to listen for strange noises.....
Filter has just been replaced last week..all connections are okay and it cranks fine but check this out..I think it MIGHT be the problem..
I took off the regulator, poured fuel inside the rail, and put back the regulator..cranked it, and fuel came out of the injectors..!.Not that much, but you can tell that theres not enough pressure pushing it through.
Then I took OFF the regulator with the fuel lines attatched to it, cranked it..and NO fuel came out of the regulator..could that be the problem?

If you took OFF the regulator and no fuel comes out when the car is turned on and/or cranking, your fuel pump is NOT working.
