Default Does this cam timing look on?

Ok I got the golden eagle cam gears and i drove the car and it felt a little boggy like some sort of timing was off. I set TDC to the dotted lines on the GE gears, but also i didint set the ignition timing yet. Just want to make sure this is set correctly at tdc cause i dont wanna bend valves:

Look right? I was told to align it to the dotted lines (not the solid)

It is on the white TDC mark. The other set of 3 marks on the left are the timing marks and the center one is RED. Your cam timing looks dead on.
