does any air filter on a turbo work?
my air filter is shot on my setup, and i have to get a new one. i was wondering if it will make that much of a difference if i got those k&n style filters, the real k&n stuff, or blitz or greddy ones. and anywhere else cheap to get them online? thanks.

I like the Apex-i cone filter. It works pretty well for me so far. Forgot where I bought it from, so I'm really no help there. I'm sure you can find it if you look around alittle?

I just got an A'PEXi filter too, and the build quality is excellent, and it's the top rated filter in terms of flow and filtration in a couple different tests. I've had it on for about 2 days and so far I like it. Seems to spool a little slower, but I'm coming from no filter and a cold air duct which was aimed directly at the inlet, so that's to be expected.

yeah that mushroom filter from HKS works good... so does the weapon*R filter (the original one, not the dragon). they both use the sponge-like filament... it sucks good!
