does garrett offer the GT40R in a divided flange. i know that you can buy the housing seperate, but i was wondering if you buy it already on there. if they do, who sells them. i was looking online for days and came up empty. it seems like a waste to spend that much on a turbo and have to spend more to get what i really want. then have a housing that i wouldn't need leftover.

 

From what I've seen, it only comes in a divided housing. I'm looking for exactly the opposite though- an undivided housing. I can't seem to find an undivided GT40R housing anywhere.

if you don't mind me asking. where did you see a divided housing GT40R for sale at? did you see it listed on a website?

 

The GT40R's I have had were devided

maybe all the one's that i have seen online are really divided then? in the description of the turbos they just same T4 flange and not T4 divided. where have your guys bought yours from?

 

you definately want to keep it divided. dont bother looking for an undivided housing, i tried that a while ago and after a LOT of effort, realized i was wasting my time
