Do the 450's tick abnormally loud. After my turbo install I'm hearing a loud ticking sound when on the gas or under boost. The reason I think it might be the injectors and not the valves is because they never ticked that loud before and when I rev it at a stand still the valves are a little noisier.Just not as loud or the same sounding tick when under load. Any input would be great to narrow it down and if they are noisy are they like that all the time or just under some load.

 

YES, they are quite loud!

VERY loud, first time I heard them on a friends car is sounded like an extremely loud valve tick

 

yea mine tick pretty good. I couldn't hear them too much over my loud valves anyways. My agressive cam makes them loud.

 

They tick like crazy, I wouldnt sweat it.

 

mine ticked a little bit, but it was no where near as loud as my friends bosch 42.5# injectors. those ******* are looouuddd

if u rev it on the engine bay then yes.. other wise

Exactly you should not be able to hear it inside your car over the engine, but if your outside they are damn loud.

 

yep, mine are loud.

 

hmm I can't really hear them when the hood is popped. They are the loudest when I'm driving around. I wonder if they are just my valves then.
