My buddy and I recently did this one...

The engine is not in the car yet so no numbers or anything like that. I don't know much about nitrous but it was fun bending those little tubes!

Pretty setup but dear god those solenoids are a long way away from the distribution block. Anyone ever herd of Sweet Nitrous?

when i test fitted the system, i too ran into to clearance issues with the imfamous "black box". best bet would be to cap it off and go to an external catch can. both the endyn kit as well as the z10 kit have everything you'd need. if you wanna save some money, i think its a 34mm freeze plug that fits, but look it up before you take my word for it.

Do these kits come with pre-bent lines? The Nitrous Express kit show in sick00SiCoupe's pic has far different lines than Whiteney has in his picture. Jspin's lines looks custom?

no, a nice quality tubing bender makes short work of it though (and they are VERY reasonably priced to note... like 20-30 bucks I think last time I picked one up).

i thought about that since i have the other fittings already from a b16 i was building that never got finished, then i was thinking it might be better to cut the box in half and weld a new top on it since im going for the stock ls look. it seems nobody tried this yet tho, so im not sure if i want to be the first to try it. <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Sick00SiCoupe &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">heres a sick set-up i found searching through honda-tech...</TD></TR></TABLE>
i can't believe they fit a purge in there too. that is a tight setup, i wonder if they got the bends right the first time.

they just give you a bunch of straight piping. im using a normal small pipe bender but nos sells a tight radius one just for bending dp piping. if you don't like the idea of bending pipes nos sells soft line, but i hear they tend to break. the nxl kit uses normal stainless line, that they will sell seperately. too bad it's way overpriced.

Well I can state for a fact that the lines on Jspin's system wern't right the first time. Someone didn't tell me that there was an oil filter back there to watch out for...

Stainless line really isn't too expensive, its only a couple bucks a foot. They key is to buy it in a long straight chunk from a good hydraulics store instead of the lame 1' lengths the nitrous suppliers sell. You have a lot less waste this way.

I bent all the lines myself for my kit using an NOS tight radius bender.
