Digi 6+boost+timing retard?
the digi6+ has the retard activated when the pink wire gets power to it. so i would hook up the pink wire to the power feed on the digi6+ to keep a constent retard. this may work for the vafc hack because the hack tricks the ecu into not seeing the right amount of map vaccuum thus advancing the timing to compensate. so depending on much boost you'll run, you can set the retard to off-set the advancing caused by the negative value on the settings in the vafc.
did that make any sense?

the digi6 won't increase the amount of retard in relations with the boost. the retard is constant. it either retards at a set value or it doesn't at all. so the best way to use the digi6 to retard is to make the retard function activated at all times.
this , in theory, could bring the ecu timing back to 0 depending on your tuning. or maybe even retard it more but i think the retard only goes up to 10 degrees.
so if the fuel is set to, for example -50%, the ecu will advance the timing because it thinks there is too much vaccuum. and if you set the retard on the digi6 to whatever value of retard, you can off-set the advancing by the ecu and bring it into retard.
hope that helps, i can't think of anyother way to explain it

You could use a pressure switch (hobbs switch) to activate the retard at a preset boost level. I don't know how smooth the transition would be though since it won't be retarded relative to boost level. It will retard the entire amount at the preset boost level. If you're running low boost you really don't even need timing retarded and if you're running high boost you should have a hondata or ems or something to control timing.

yea thje retard function worked great for my nitrous , but i was wondering too how it woould work with boost now >?
i prob wont even use it , i have a hondata, so will prob mess with the timing off that
