Default differences between log manifolds

I'm in the process of piecing together a new kit and I have a question. Has anyone used the tubular log manifolds such as sls or go-autoworks and how do they compare performance and strength wise to an Inline pro manifold? Also would I gain any power with an equal length? I'm not worried about a couple hp being a manifold from go-autoworks.com is 500 dollars cheaper than most ramhorns. Just a gain that would be worth the extra money. My setup will be a stock sleeve stock bore ls-v with 9 to 1 pistons and eagle rods, stock b16 head and either a 60 trim or 60-1. My goal is around 400-450 on pump. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

At that power level the last thing you want to do is short change yourself with a log manifold. You will gain more than just power by going to a ramhorn.

Ok thanks. I'm gonna go with the best manifold to reach my goal but what about a mini ram or an sls shorty. I'm just curious as to how they compare

The SLS shorty is a great manifold. I ran one on my last setup on a stock block GSR and made 315whp at 10.5psi on a GT3255. On my build (looking for about the same power you are) i opted for one similar to SLS's Prototype manifold. I wanted something similar to a Ramhorn without having a Ramhorn...just to be a little different
