Default the difference in these turbos?

Before you say anything i did a search and i dodnt find anything that really helped me.

Ive read alot about the MASSIVE t3's lately...i think that they are the 60/1? I was just wondering what is the difference between this turbo and a t3/t4? Im not too good with all the a/r stuff and all of the other things associated with the size of the turbo, so if someone could explain this stuff or if they have a link to a site that could help me out i would REALLY appreciate it. Im the type of person that wants to learn EVERYTHING about a certain task before i jump into it so that i dont mess something up...which i would probably do. Thanks
