Difference between LS,ITR and GSR charge pipe?

Difference between LS,ITR and GSR charge pipe?

Can someone explain the exact difference between the 2? why aren't they interchangable without modification?

look at some pictures with a gsr manifold. it sits lower the a ls, therefore the gsr has a dip to it
