Difference B/W Garrett and Precision GT35R?
PTE casts their own exhaust housings which flow slightly better. You can also get a .63 A/R housing for the GT35R, while the smallest garrett makes is a .82 IIRC.
You'd have to find out on price, but other than the exhaust housing AFAIK the PTE and Garrett turbos are exactly the same. Quality on PTE turbos is second to none, so I see no reason for that to change.

This is true, Precision uses their own Compressor housings and backplates and turbine housings, they give more options for the turbine housings as mentioned above, the Garrett's are extremely large starting out. I have sold 4 of these in the last 3 months and sold 3 this month all customer very very very happy!
OH I am a Precision Dealer btw
Edit:Also Garrett's come with a .70 A/R compressor housing standard BUT Precision gives you a choice of the S cover or is standard with an E cover .60 A/R compressor housing. Hope this helps
