Default Diameter of standard tial dump tube?

Im trying to purchase some piping to weld up a dump tube and i was wondering what the diameter of a standard tial type dumptube is? 1.5" or 1.75"?

1.5", 38mm = 1.5"

ive used both...1.5" is a lil easier if the person is lookin to re-circulate their dumptubes...aside from that ive seen some bigger gates in 2"

yeah i was gonna recirculate it but now i think ill just do an open dump, just trying to figure out where to put the dump so my engine bay doesnt get all dirty.... and i dont want a 4' dump tube either

just go straight down...and angle it slighty behind the oil pan..you wont have any problems
also try to keep it away from any intake path...
