details on this turbo please

Can someone please tell me what brand this turbo is? and what is it capable of? and if its any good (Brand and style wise)?
I've already tried googling the serial number and nothing came up and tried the search tab on H-T and nothing also.

looks like a china knock off of the To4E46 trim with a stage 2 turbine wheel and .63 a/r turbine housing.

its ebay but its not ssauto...used them on three different carss and so far theyre holding up ok...ssauto sold that xs power stuff which arent that good
