Default del sol si's with nitrous

who running what and what times are you guys laying down i found a del sol si for a decent price but they only got 120 hp. id want to spray for $800 rather than turbo for $3500 witch is 1k off the price of the car lol. so whos spraying there single cam vtec del sol's

You can piece together a turbo kit for around $1,500 you know. Do yourself a favor and build the motor for boost before you do anything. I'd hate to see the all-caps post about you blowing your motor.

you can usually find a turbo kit (no intercooler) straight from a well-known manufactuer is around new for $1500

search greddy, they sell em for $1500 shipped runs 5-7psi, and only comes w/ an FMU for management.

what do si del sols run with these turbo kit? i want to be able to have a low 14 / high 13 second car can i do that with a a 7-8 psi turbo del sol si.

its possible, you would most likely need to gut it and run slicks. w/ the basic greddy kit you dont get an intercooler, which will hurt power. plan on getting it tuned as well w/ a chipped ecu, hondata, etc afterwards or you wont be driving it long.

i have no idea what youjust said but... you can turbo the d16z6 really easily, go to turbod16.com there is tons of info over there, and you think nitrous is cheap but every time you fill the bottle its another 50 bucks over time a turbo will cost less than a nitrous setup...
