since your not in cali, you can upgrade a lot without worrying about smog legality etc, so you can pursue the upgradable path, the greddy is mostly practical in cali where it has strict laws. so you can sell it to me! PM me or email at simpleaznx@yahoo.com if youre interested

It depends how much power you want. If you want a nice and simple kit (very good quality) which will give you some decent power, i would keep the greddy. if you want something more powerful and more compicated (instalation wise), i would keep the other one you are piecing together.

Id look into bracin that manifold....If you havent already you should. Its called autocrome or something....I dont remember the POS's name; they break very easy because of how heavy the turbo/waste gate is...

I've decided that i will be using the greddy kit and the intercooler that i brought, and used the greddy blue box for 1-2 month and convert to OBD1 and hondata tuned it. im hoping once it all tuned and everything it would make 280-320whp maybe on 8 psi? what i've heard is that the 18g turbo max out at 300whp? is that true? and how much power can the 310 injector flow up too, im thinking i need to get something like 550.

what type of motor work do you have done to the car already? im not sure those numbers are possible on a stock ls.. i would say your looking closer to 200-220 maybe with good tuning w/ that 18g turbo.. get yourself a nice t3/t4 and you will make 300 a lot easier
thats a drag kit and hondata...

NO WAY your gonna get 280-320whp on 8psi with the greddy kit and upgraded FMIC. Unless your running some kind of rediculous compression ratio, a stock LS motor won't make those numbers.

sell your greddy kit. use the money to get better parts. sell your manifold and get yourself a simple inlinepro mani. get a bigger intercooler. sell your intercooler, manifold, and your greddy turbo kit. with that money you should be able to piece together a simple setup that can probably yield you those hp levels. get larger injectors and don't run this thing until you have everything....esp. your fuel management. if your converting to obd1 hondata is a very very affordable solution.
