Default Deciding on a FMIC

I'm having the hardest time deciding on an IC for my Integra. I'm kinda leaning loward a JRC classic 6". Do you guys think it looks good, or is it too big? If you guys have any other recomendations please let me know.

Most definately not too big. That is perfect for a mild boost setup. It just looks big because if fills up the gap.. but in actually its very short (6") and its not that thick either. Cools very well btw.

im running a 8" JRC cooler and it works very well......made over 350whp with it.

only downside to the 8" cooler is you need to modify or remove your bumper support.

its a perfect size because it fills the gaps, if your going for the sleeper look spray it black.....either way it looks good

also depends on how much power your aiming for.

Precision Intercoolers are always good. They use a efficient garrett core and have nice cast endtanks.

my JRC has no trouble cooling....it might not be the most efficient intercooler but it gets the job done........it all depends on how much power you want to make.

cooler the air (ie more efficent the intercooler) the more power you will make....even on the same boost level.

i'd just go with a small precision bar and plat IC or even the smaller bar and plate street imports one....

Johnny Race Car intercoolers are by far the best bang for buck intercooler if your on a budget. Between Kevin and I, we may have bought 4 already. I think there is one in my garage as well.

Peakboost offers a really nice unit. Not the cheapest thing out, but very effective. Garrett Core and custom end tanks to your needs.

Id buy alot of the Ebay specials before Id buy a JRC.
You can get much nicer bar and plates for the price of his tiny *** inefficient tube and fins
