Default Dealings with Luangamat@aol.com

Guys name is Witar Luangamat. I told him that I wanted to buy his blown GSR block because I needed the pieces to fix the GSR block that I had at the time. The machine shop calls me to tell me that my GSR block isn't fixable, and I need to start over. I email Witar immediately and leave a phone message for him that I'd like to have my money back before he ships the parts, and I even offer to let him keep some of it for his troubles. He emails me back telling me that they money is already spent and he is sending the block & parts anway. Some kind of guy, I guess everyone doesn't like to help people out the way I do. Well, now I need to get rid of this ****, anyone need a blown GSR block? good crank and main caps/girdle.
thanks,
Jared

quite honestly, and not to sound like a dick. but i can agtree with the guy witar. you guys set up a deal and you should stick to it. most of the time when people sell something it is bacuse they need the money, and you can be pretty sure that when they get it, it isnt exactly going into a savings account. just get the block and try to make the best of the situation.
