What exactly got damaged? If everything is in good shape I'd do this.
Use your 84.5mm pistons and buy new rings for them. Take the 84mm block to a reputable machine shop along with the pistons and rings. Have them bore it out and hone it for 84.5mm and whatever final piston to wall clearance you're going for. Then use all your old parts like crank and rods. Obviously purchase all new bearings and rebuild the short block.

for one i can tell you this dart never had a 84mm sleeved block lol. they came in either 81.5mm or 84.5mm. and if and only if he is selling you a dart block that WAS 81.5mm originally i dont think you could bore it out anymore with the sleeves thats in it hence the reason they made an 84.5mm block. im assuming this is a b series correct?

Wrong the dart block comes in an unfinished deck height of 212mm & 226mm(8.346” & 8.898”).. Bore: 81.5mm (3.209”) = 81.23mm unfinished
Bore: 84.5mm (3.327”) = 83.31mm unfinished!! I have a dart motor and my bore is 84mm so yes you can bore it to 84.5 good luck hope this helps!!
