damaged injectors?

damaged injectors?
I just ordered a set of DSM 450's off the internet and I got them today
anyways upon examining them, the tip part, which is black plastic is cracked on 3 of them, and they can be spun...the forth one is fine and I can't spin it
is that fine or is that grounds for the injectors being damaged???

I had(have) the same problem... but I knew it before I got the injectors. Got 6 of them (someone had em in a VR4), one with a cracked cap, the other one missing the cap. Someone responded in my thread and said that the plastic piece is just there to protect the needle at the end.
