Default DA Integra Turbo Plans

I have a 90 Integra GS (stock DOHC B18a engine) with almost 200k mileage on it. The motor is in really good condition, it runs very well. There are a few minor tranny problems (1st gear doesnt always go in; reverse gear sometimes grinds)...and yes I do have the clutch all the way down. But other than that, the car is in good condition. I just wanna know what mods I need to do when I decide to drop a 6-8psi turbo. As of right now, I'm planning to get a v-tec head swap or a whole engine swap but I'm not really sure. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

yea topic is well covered. ill start you off with this:

you can put a t urbo on it if its healthy. i did on mine. buy the turbo, put it on to get you started, then later on upgrade to a vtec head, diff block, whatever you want. at least this way you have the turbo setup already and get a feel for the car on boost
