Default Oil resictor

what can i use to lower my oil pressure going to my turbo besides ordering a resictor.

-3 fittings and lines.
i ran -3 for 4 years on my drag kit with no problems, and according to geoff at f-r the -3 alone is good enough for the f-r kit i just put on my car.

Yes, I believe a -3 feed and -10 return would probably be best. Some people use restrictors on -3.
