d16z6 turbo
Well the time has come that i am putting together a turbo kit for my d16z6. Hope to make 200 whp ish when its all installed on a stock bottom end. Already have a s300.
Parts that im looking for/going with:
450cc dsm injectors
walbro 255 fuel pump
ebay intercooler (unsure on size)
ebay intercooler piping 2"
tial wastegate (if needed)
tail bov
dsm 14b turbo
Might get an oil cooler
not sure on manifold. Was thinking of trying the ebay cat iron for $80. How bad can it be.
I am open to suggestions as this will be a 5 month long project. Anything i'm missing?

Looks good, the only thing you will be missing is a way to connect your dsm turbo to your manifold. I have been running a cast iron greddy knockoff ebay for a while now with a DSM t25. Just know that dsm turbos use a proprietary t2 style flange that has a circular inlet. Very different dimensionally than a regular t2. You will need to solve that issue with an adapter.
You will also need oil feed/drain lines as well as a way to connect the water cooled center section of the turbo.
