D16 turbo, over heating problems. Need some help/advice.

D16 turbo, over heating problems. Need some help/advice.
I recently put a t25 turbo into my 89 civic wagon, 1.6 L d16a6 ( hf mani). As of right now, I have a blown turbo. In order to run the car, I removed the oil line to the turbo and charge pipes in to run N /A until I get receive my new 16g.
The problem... My engine is running very hot according to my autometer water temp gauge. It is running at 250F, even at idle. I do no know why. My guess is that because I am running exhaust through a seized turbo, the heat is being trapped in the head (where the temp sensor is).I did manually open the wastgate flange but the problem still persists. At 250F, I can easily remove the radiator cap without any pressure/ explosion. This makes no sense to me. I am running 50/50 pre-diluted anti-freeze.
I have no coolant leaks. I am running an after market aluminum (dual core) radiator. I removed my thermostat. My autometer gauge is hooked up to the temp sensor located underneath my distributor of my obd0 89 civic wagon.
Could the turbo, being so close to the radiator cause such a raise in temp? Could it be the seized turbo holding exhaust/heat in the head where the water temp sensor is located? Does auto meter make poor quality gauges?
Please help me.

for the love of god, take the pos broken turbo off and put a stock manifold on there !

ok lemme get this straight.
no oil lines, no charge pipe?
well when that turbo finally s**t the bed and locked up, you now have a massive restriction in the exh. take the turbo off, put a new h.g. and some studs on the thing.

The engine is rebuilt. I have a new cometic head gasket. I have not been driving the car. I do not have the stock manifold. I just feel that the temperature should not be that high, even with a bad turbo.

if you have no oil goin to the turbo, and it is bolted to the manifold, it is probably not turning, causing a massive restriction. if the exh cant get out it will overheat.

haha, turbo is definitely garbage now.
think about how fast that chra is spinning because it cant create pressure which will cause resistance. now think about how fast it is spinning with NO LUBE
