you need bigger injectors for the amount of power you are asking . Look into doing a 30r or precsion 6262

Scroll to the very bottom of that page, your gonna need at least 650s if you want to run at 80% duty cycle. So up to you. good luck with the build.

6262? That's BIG for a D.

5857 is comparable to the 30 and will do 4.

Everything else everyone said is dead on, injectors are way too small.

Haha.

Well actually, 100+ octane and 25psi+ is a good start for 400s on a D.

You do not go to the dyno with a psi goal you go with a horsepower goal. I mean you could go with 15 psi being your most but you might get 400 at 20psi or 15psi you don't really know. You could have a small turbo and put 25 psi but if you have a larger turbo and put 25psi in to it you'll make way more power psi really has nothing to do with how much a motor can hold it is the horse power they put out.

^ If you have a turbo and an engine in mind, you can go in with a pretty good idea of what kind of PSI you will need to push to reach your horsepower goals. It is by no means an exact science, but most of the time you can go in with a pretty accurate idea of what it's going to take to get what you want out of the engine.

In this case, a 5857 or 30R sized turbo is going to probably need in the 25psi range to crack that 400hp range. May be a little less or a little more, but it can be more or less completely guaranteed that he's not making 400 on those turbo's with 10-15psi.
