Default d15b vtec turbo problem

my friend has a 90 crx si with a d15b vtec engine in it. we recently installed a greddy turbo kit from the 92-95 civic. its converted to obd-1 with a boomslang harness and a p28 ecu. he got it dynoed today on a dynojet dyno and was VERY disappointed with the results. it only had 110 hp and 111 tq. the e-manage is blinking code 2. what does this mean? there is no boost leak, and the guy that dynoed it said he was hearing something at high rpm. and on the graph, the lines were not smooth at all. they were very jagged looking. other than that the car runs fine. he doesnt have an a/f gauge in his car, so we dont really know if its running lean or not. any help would be appreciated. ill get a pic of the graph up tomorrow.

what kind of plugs.... what are they gapped at, it means that the ignition is breaking ie its not working right at high rpms could be the boost blowing out the spark, etc

thats too big of a gap for any boosted motor.... sounds like they are stock heat range plugs, get one step colder... like an ngk br7e and gap them to 30
