D series topmount please??
i've notice that some people run the z6 manifold and is able to fab it up into a topmount, i could not find any decent pictures or setups with the search so if you have these setups please post pictures up for me and how you went abouts doing it and where can you put the wastegate and so on...some dyno numbers with these setups and so on....so i'd greatly appreciate it!@!!!
here is one but i'm just kinda confused at how to go abouts of doing it?

A DC header cracks without the stress/weight of a turbo on it, what makes you think it'll be any better WITH all the weight of a turbo??
Unless the DC header was PROPERLY braced, it'll crack like an SSAUTOCHROME manifold.
Id much rather use the stock cast piece than a DC Sports piece.
In fact, Id rather use a log manifold.
BTW, all it takes is a matching flange to the bottom of the Z6 manifold, some pieces of pipe (bends, w/e), t3 flange and wastegate flange. You'll need to make a 2-1 collector and add the t3 flange and drill a hole for the wastegate pipe/flange.

a turbo exhaust mani made from a dc header??? lol thats gotta be the funniest thing ive ever heard. that thing would crack soooo fast, if not by weight, definitly by the heat. might look nice, but thats all its gonna do.. till u start it up and see what happens.
in the pic above.. it looks like the second piece of the header is turned around upside down to mount the turbo uptop? and maybe did some custom cutting, adding a spot for the wastegate. i dunno... pretty cool custom fabbing for a cheap alternative though.

here is my friend's set-up with a 60-1 on it. he is using the ZC header since the primaries are bigger but you get the idea.

Re: (k_motor)
idk why people do this with oem units, hell ive seen like 15 ones cracked right down the middle of the top where the ports merge, i mean its cheap i guess but i cant imagine it making any more power then an std manifold
