Icon6 D-Series help

I have a D16Y8 w/ Z6 head in an EF. OBD0 to OBD1 was converted using a Boomslang jumper harness and the wires were de-pinned & re-wired at the dizzy (TD-42U). The car would only start and run if I switch the #1 & #4 plug wires at the dizzy. So the firing order as it stands now is: 4-3-1-2 instead of 1-3-4-2. The timing is dead on. What can I do to correct this?

Did I overlook something in the wiring or is there something I did wrong?
