Well i'm finally about to get started on my D16 build for my CRX HF, the planed list of parts is as follows:
9.1:1 SRP Pistons
Eagle H-Beams
D16Y7 block
D16Z6 head and intake manifold
D16A6 crank (micropolished)
460cc N/A RX7 injectors
Y8 head gasket
ss autoslum manifold (will be hella renforced)
Tial 38mm wastegate
T3 Super 60
ARP Headstuds
HF stock oil cooler
Intercooler is still unknown, whatever i can get for a good price
Now for my questions:
1. I plan on hitting a max of 15psi (only for tuning and drag days), is that safe on the stock sleeves with no block guard?
2. Is 15psi on 9.1:1 pistons good for around 225hp?
3. Should i upgrade my fuel pump?
I'm probally going to Godspeed and tune it with turboedit on their WB02/Dynapack
edit: added a few things to the build list

the stock sleeves can handle up to about 16-17psi before you take a chance of breaking them. if doen right at 15lbs you should hit about 300-310wheel power. You'll be fine. I took a totally stock motor for 9 months and ran 14lbs and hit 246wheel power. i mean stock nothing doen to it except turbo stuff. I was using a hondata with 440 injectors at the time.
