Default Custom length Alternator belts?

I have a gsr with jrsc. So as some may know there is an Alternator belts that does from the crank to the Alternator. Then via a double pulley, there is another belt that goes from the Alternator to the blower (m62 jrsc).

My pulley arrangements as follows. Gsr crank pulley, mvm Alternator stepper pulley, and 4.0 nose blower pulley.
All of the sources I have seen say this combo calls for a 25" belt from the Alternator to the blower. But I have done everything I can and it is just a tiny bit too short! I have called probably 30-40 parts stores, tried multiple different brands and sizes. But no one makes a 26" 4 rib belt. The next up Size is 27.4" and that is too big.
PLEASE HELP!

Is that the correct width? I ordered a 26" belt a couple days ago and it was 26" 4 ribs, but about half the width of the belt I need.

I looked up the width of a dayco Alternator belt for integra gsr and it said 0.54 inches in width. Which is bigger than 3/8"

It looks like it is around .54 from the top where the one I listed was a little under that but measured from the bottom which it would be. I would take the top measurement of what you need and post that as that is what most manufactures list.

This is a copy and past from a google search, may help?

NOTE: All Belts are 4-rib, NAPA Belts run smaller than all other belts, so sizes will need to be increased(10-20mm) from the listed sizes below!

You're gonna need a 640mm belt from the blower to the alternator(stepper) and a 820mm-840mm belt for the alternator to crank.

Stock Belt Sizes
AC = 31" = 790mm
PS = 36.5" = 930mm
Alt. = 33" = 835mm

6psi JRSC Belt Sizes
AC = 31" = 790mm
PS = 36.5" = 930mm
Alt. = 31.5" = 800mm
Blower = 24.5" = 620mm

9psi Stepper
AC = 31" = 790mm
PS = 36.5" = 930mm
Alt. = 31.5" = 800mm
Blower = 640mm

10psi JRSC with CRV Pulley Belt Sizes
AC = ????
PS = 900mm = 35.5”
Alt. = 850mm = 33.5”
Blower = 24.5" = 620mm

8psi JRSC with Blower Pulley Belt Sizes
AC = 31" = 790mm
PS = 36.5" = 930mm
Alt. = 31.5" = 800mm
Blower = 23.4"-24" = 595mm-610mm

I'm. Sorry I'm not following entirely. You agree that the belt you posted would not work for me? Or are you saying for some reason gates measures their widths from the bottom and dayco measures from the top? And that it would indeed work?

Yes the belt I posted will not work the 3/8 is under a half inch but they said that was measured from the underside that measures a little smaller anyway. So .54 is a little more than half an inch but that is measured from the top. Trying that belt I listed could be a gamble but I found you a post that seems to be more accurate info so I would go by that.

Correct, I have seen this matrix many times before. I need a 640mm belt which converts to 25.2" gates sells a belt that is a part number resembling 4k250 which means 4 ribs 25 inches. This belt is too small. The next size up part number resembles 4k274 which is 27.4 inches and it is too big. Where can I get a belt that is just a little bigger than this 4k250 belt? (gates belts = Napa belts)

Maybe try here if you have not? You will have to scroll down a bit BeltPalace.com - Replacement Belts Online I may have missed it but I didnt see where it gave the width.

Lmao holy list... That's gonna take some time. I'll look into that a little later. In the mean time if anyone else has any idea how I can find a belt that fits or how to order a custom belt. Please feel free to supply the needed information. Thanks.

Thanks man. Via that part number I was able to find a company that makes one. Bando USA. Which is located in Itasca Illinois. Contacted one of their dealers, bought the belt and picked it up from Bando. Put it on my car and it is an absolutely perfect fit!! What a hassle. I will drive the car for a day or two and report back with any issues.
