Default custom i/c

lets see..
ive got 2 i/c's... both 16x4x4. (without end tanks) they say ford on the endtanks so i think(and canuk sir thinks) it could be from a ford truck or something.(edit:after a little research on my part..i think it is a diesel intercooler as the inlet and outlet are 2 inches ....hmm but canuk has an idea to just make one big endtake and link them together..say 2.25/2.5 inlet/outlet)..supposedly he tested them and they flow pretty well. if i mounted them together to get a 16x8x4 i/c you think they would be able to cool the charge effectively? But by splitting the charge into 2 would this not creat some probs?
