Default custom or a greddy kit

a guy at the local shop has a greddy kit, its almost brand new, maybe like 600 miles, and he wants 1300 with e manage, but i need a intercooler, it comes with all the piping, but i need a intercooler, and he says he can get me one for 250. so thats 1550 for the kit.

but i have a 14b, and need everthing else i wanted to know if all u guys think i should go with a custom kit or go with the greddy kit, i know the greddy kit will be more, but its a good kit, and its going to be a DD, so i want quality, and it to look good.

thanks for all ur coments eather

no it doesnt, but for an extra 100 dollars i would buy the kit new, a greddy intercooler with piping to match the kit cost around 600 i beleive, or u can get a jrc intercooler and some piping for cheaper, if your gonna run an intercooler and higher boost you will need a bov, larger injectors as well

the other thing is, that it has a greddy bov, and a tapped oil pan, im just asking if i should go with the greddy kit, or if hes trying to rip me off

if it in fact has only been used for 600 miles, and has a bov, and a taped oil pan, and comes with everythign in the kit then its not a bad deal
